In addition to student work and films by independent filmmakers, past professional screenings have included such notable films as “Amélie,” “Talk to Her,” “In the Bedroom,” “Cool Hand Luke,” and “Waking Life.” Each year, the festival also presents Lifetime Achievement Awards to outstanding individuals in film. Past recipients have included Academy Award-winning director/producer Sydney Pollack, Academy Award-winning actress Debbie Reynolds, Academy Award-winning actress Jane Fonda, and Academy Award-winning director/producer James Ivory.
