Franklin Square

Franklin Square was named for Benjamin Franklin and is adjacent to the Savannah City Market. It's located on Montgomery Street between Congress and Bryan Streets.

The reason this square was named for Benjamin Franklin is he served as Georgia's Colony Agent in London in the 1700s.
