Tybee Island Update - August 2021
The Tybee Island Real Estate Market remains robust and healthy. In August, 25 properties closed at 97.9% of asking price. The sale prices ranged from a $210,000 condo on Tybrisa Street to a $2,100,000 single family home that sold on 12th Street. Tybee Island Update - July 2021
29 homes sold during July with sellers continuing to get almost all of their asking price as market demand remains strong on Tybee Island. The least expensive home sale in July was a 490 square foot condo on Bay Street which commanded a selling price of $219,950. At the luxury end of the market, the highest sale price was for a 6 bedroom, 3200 square foot home on Chatham Avenue. During the month of July, 3 homes sold for over $1 Million Dollars.
Tybee Island Update - June 2021
Thirty listings were sold on Tybee Island in June 2021, with the average sale at $617,655. Six of the thirty properties sold for over $1 million. Average days on market was 298. The cheapest sale for for a 338 square foot condo that sold for $214,500 (which works out to be $606.51/sq ft). The highest price Tybee Island Home sold closed at $1,475,000.
